Wilderness Trail Single Barrel Rye 'Jim Murray liked this' The delicate distillation processA cask strength release of Wilderness Trails balanced rye whiskey. The spirit is made from a 56% Rye, 33% corn, and 11% Barley mash bill, giving the spirit a nice sweet structure to compliment the rye spice. Made from heritage rye grown in Kentucky and aged a minimum of four years, this is a nicely balanced rye with notes of lemon and leather on the nose, and orange custard with cloves on the palate.
